How Thread Grey is put together

The frame
A coloured spine down the full height of the left edge, so the document is recognisable folded or in a stack.
The title
The title sits on a rule, which separates it from the addresses below.
The items
Hairline rules and generous spacing, with nothing between the columns.
The total
The balance due sits in a solid panel, which is the last and heaviest thing on the page.
The typeface
IBM Plex Sans. Slightly warmer sans. Swap it for any of the other four without touching the layout.

What this design is for

A single grey spine, hairline cells and the total in a soft panel. Enough structure to follow, not enough to notice.
